Yes, we provide pickup service for groups of up to 8 people from hotels in the south of Tenerife. If your group is larger, you’re welcome to arrive in your vehicles. We operate the La Palma 2-day tour year-round. However, booking at least 2 weeks in advance is required to secure ferry tickets and accommodations. We will confirm exact departure times based on the ferry schedule (usually an early morning departure on Day 1 and late afternoon return on Day 2).

Yes. This tour is family-friendly and suitable for ages 8 and up. The itinerary is moderately active, but hikes can be adjusted to suit the group’s fitness. We’ve had children, parents, and grandparents enjoy this tour together! Just ensure everyone is prepared for walking and a bit of adventure.

The hikes are generally easy-to-moderate. Expect well-marked trails through forests or along viewpoints. The longest walks are typically 1–3 hours at a relaxed pace. There are no technical sections or climbing involved. Your guide will pace the tour comfortably, with plenty of breaks for photos and rest.

Meals are not included, but we will stop in towns or at local restaurants where you can purchase lunch and dinner. La Palma has delicious Canarian cuisine – you’ll have the chance to try dishes like fresh seafood, grilled meats, or the famous Canarian potatoes with mojo sauce. You must bring your own snacks or picnic lunch for the first day. 

We will assist with arranging your one-night accommodation on La Palma based on your preferences (from charming apartments to comfortable hotels). The cost (~€50 per person) is separate from the tour price. We handle the booking for you, so you don’t have to worry. You’ll pay the accommodation directly or we’ll include it in your final invoice as per our arrangement.

Safety is our top priority. If the ferry is canceled due to rough seas or a site (like the Los Tilos trail or volcano area) is closed due to weather or maintenance, we will either adjust the itinerary or reschedule the tour. We keep a close eye on conditions and will inform you in advance. La Palma’s weather is generally mild year-round, but in the mountains it can be cooler or foggy – we’ll adapt as needed to ensure you still have a fantastic experience.

We limit group size to reduce impact and follow Leave No Trace principles on trails. Our guides are locals who share insight on how to protect the island’s ecosystems.
