- Astronomy & Volcano Teide Experiences: Mount Teide night tours with certified Starlight guides, Teide Observatory guided visits, sunset & stars experiences, and astronomic tours.
- Cueva del Viento Exploration: Guided tours of one of the world’s largest lava tubes in Icod de los Vinos.
- Family-Friendly Attractions: Visits to Siam Park, Loro Parque, Aqualand, Jungle Park, and twin ticket options for combined entries.
Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly. However, some activities have age restrictions due to safety considerations. For instance, the Masca Gorge hike is suitable for children aged 8 and above. Please refer to individual tour descriptions for specific age requirements.
Our multilingual guides primarily speak English and Lithuanian. Additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, and German can be accommodated upon request during booking.
Booking & Payment

Private tours are fully customizable — ideal for families, groups of friends, or company outings. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of tour:
Standard Tours:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: No refund.
Private or Customized Tours:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour: No refund.

In the event of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Transportation & Meeting Points
Yes, we offer pickup service for groups of up to 8 people from hotels in South Tenerife. Pickup is included in most hiking tours and some water activities — please enquire before booking to confirm availability for your chosen tour. If your group is larger or our transport is full, you’re welcome to arrive in your vehicles. Need help arranging transport for a bigger group? Meeting points vary depending on the tour. Detailed information will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Yes, our island-hopping tours include transportation between islands, typically via ferry or boat. Specific details will be provided upon booking.
Yes, all necessary transport — including hotel pick-up, trail transfers, and return — is included in the total price of the tour for up to 8 participants (plus guide). For larger groups, we’re happy to help arrange additional transport solutions upon request. Clients are also welcome to arrive at the starting point using their own vehicles. We’ll provide clear meeting point information in advance.
No. All transportation is strictly private and exclusively part of the guided tour experience. We do not offer transfers, shuttles, or standalone transport services. Transport is only available to clients participating in a Lava Land Tours activity.
Pick-up and drop-off are generally arranged at your accommodation or a central meeting point. If you have a special request, let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate it, as long as it remains part of the scheduled tour experience.
Activity-Specific Information
All of our hiking tours require a minimum of 4 registered participants to be confirmed. If fewer people sign up, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative dates or arrange a full refund. If you have any questions or would like to check availability before booking, we recommend filling out the enquiry form on our website or calling us directly — we’ll be happy to assist you.
No prior experience is necessary for beginner-level activities. Our certified instructors provide comprehensive briefings and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
For water-based activities, we recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Specific requirements may vary by activity; please refer to the individual tour descriptions.
Yes, some activities may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. For example, high-altitude hikes like Mount Teide are not recommended for individuals with heart or respiratory issues.
